Bio

A child of the 80’s, I practically moonwalked my way out of the womb, mic in hand and ready to entertain! At age 3 my mom signed me up for a ballet /tap combo class (as you do for 3 year olds with no attention span). I may not have been the best dancer, but I was a damn cute, little nugget of a performer and I was hooked. There they were – my audience.

After 10 years of ballet I pirouetted my way to pointe and picked up jazz and hip-hop. It became apparent the awkward years were upon me, and my figure was no longer dance “appropriate.” Couple a blossoming figure with head gear, frizzy hair and acne, and ladies and gentleman we have a winner! The awkward years seemed to last forever, but I was forced to develop a wit and likability that serves me to this day. Throughout junior high and high school I threw myself into acting classes and at the ripe old age of 13, I declared, I am going to be an actress! I went on to major in Theatre and graduated with a BA from the University of Southern California (USC).

Post college, I started a theatre group with fellow USC Alumni, studied at the Groundlings and Second City and did what every actor dreams of – wait tables. Since then I have taken a detour and developed a career completely unrelated to acting, but one that has matured me and developed my brain and personality in ways I never imagined. I work in Marketing/Business Development for an Architecture firm, but my passion for acting remains ignited. I continue to study and have submersed myself in classes at Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB), Actors Creative Workshop (ACW), and South Coast Repertory. I’m currently performing in one of LA’s most popular story telling shows “Quote Unquote” and can be seen at various venues across Orange County, Los Angeles and San Francisco!

Today I stand at a statuesque 5’2” with straight teeth and tamed hair (but still not “dance appropriate”), and inside I remain that cute little nugget of a performer who will forever love to entertain.
